                  It gives me immense pleasure to promote students achievement, support and develop a talented staff and build a solid institutional structure. We believe in giving our students an environment that is positive, inspiring and definitely challenging. I am proud of the faculties who care and inspire the students so that they become responsible citizens of the country. I believe that an institution should be a place which helps to build student’s positive attitude. Therefore to assess their performance only by their academic scores is not sufficient, it is equally important for students with a love for learning.

                   I also dream to create an atmosphere where the students benefit from an educational system which fosters a true spirit of tolerance, respect for all human beings and courage to face the challenges of life. Last but not the least, I strongly believe that good behavior must be not to impress others or to make him / her more sellable in the job market, but because it satisfies ones own self respect. Let all stake holders of CITM commit ourselves to pave the path for a better generation.
